We recommend starting with Slow Flow, Candlelight Flow or our signature Feel Good Flow! Our Instructors do a great job at offering modifications and helping you feel comfortable in the class.

We recommend being a yoga mat and water. Yoga mat rentals are available and we have hand towels in the room.

Class temperature varies from class to class. We have classes ranging from 75-108-degrees. We suggest starting with Feel Good Flow to adjust to the heat and build up from there!

Yes, we do offer a handful of warm classes. If you are not a fan of the heat you may love our gentler class options such as Yin, Slow Flow, and Mobility Flow.

Our cancellation policy is 2 hours. If you cancel prior to the 2 hours before class you will not be deducted a credit and your credit will be re-applied to your account for a future class. We do not offer refunds on class purchases.

We do not pause memberships, but they can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle.
Class Pack expiration can be extended due to pregnancy or military absence within a reasonable time frame.

Auto renew’s can be cancelled any time at least 2 days PRIOR to the next billing date by reaching out to Brittany via email brittany.bstillyoga@gmail.com
No refunds on memberships or passes.
