Class Descriptions
B Still Yoga offers a variety of Vinyasa based classes. Vinyasa is a sequence of postures that seamlessly flow from one posture to the next, linking breath to movement. It is a moving meditation on the mat. We offer both heated 🔥 and non-heated classes.

Feel Good Flow
Our signature class is a vinyasa flow. Incorporating challenges for both new and seasoned yogis, this class focuses on uniting breath with movement through sun salutations, warrior poses, balance and stretching. Bring deeper awareness to your body, breath and soul while improving circulation, balance, strength and flexibility.
Feel Good Flow+
This is a faster-paced vinyasa flow class designed to build heat and strength. Having some knowledge of poses is recommended however modifications are always provided.
Iron Flow
Everything Flow but add some weights and turn up the music! Get ready for a total body workout that tones muscle and increases mobility to improve circulation, balance, flexibility, and strength.
Slow Flow
In this calming vinyasa class we will move at a slower pace with extra attention to alignment and form. Focusing on breath, gentle flowing movement and stretching; deeping awareness and connection to your body through slower-paced, mindful movement.
Hot26
Traditional Hot Yoga includes 26 postures. A great class to strengthen the body with consistent poses that will help you deepen your practice with every class.
Hot26 Flow
All the poses of Traditional Hot Yoga, but it flows! Take out the yogi sit-ups and flow from pose to pose while still deepening your practice with this consistent class.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a slower -paced yoga that focuses on the connective tissues. In this class we will guide you through a series of poses, primarily done sitting and lying down. Poses are held approx. 2-5 minutes at a time to allow fascia and connective tissues to soften.
Restorative Yoga
Calm and rest the entire mind and body. We will support the body with bolsters, blocks, blankets and other props. Using the props to allow a supported and gentle opening that allows you to rest and relax. Typically using 5-7 props (props provided) holding these relaxing poses 10 minutes at a time. Come and unwind and rest with us!
Mobility Flow
Mobility and Stability. Class will focus on various muscles and joints to improve range of motion.
Qigong
Qigong (Chee-guhng) is a gentle, joint friendly class accessible to all fitness levels. Qigong translates to "energy cultivation or energy work"- it is an ancient Chinese practice and holistic system that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing techniques, and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. In this class, you'll learn Qigong movements that target different parts of the body and promote relaxation, balance, energy, and flexibility. Qigong movements can vary widely, incorporating flowing arm movements, gentle stretches, weight shifting, self massage, acupressure points, and more. Each movement is designed to promote the flow of qi (vital energy) throughout the body, remove blockages, and restore balance to the body's energy systems.
Yoga Tone
Similar to our Iron Flow class but less intensity! this class is meant to build strength in your body. You will get a full body workout. Sometimes with weights, barre, pilates along with other movements.
Ashtanga Inspired Flow
Hot Ashtanga Inspired Flow is a creative fun practice inspired by the Ashtanga Primary Series of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This variation created by Mitzi will offer you modifications with props suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. This class is designed to strongly focus on breath, synchronizing breath to movement to produce internal heat to purify the body. Mitzi will encourage you to focus on your breath and cultivate a deep sense of mindfulness and inner peace.
This practice also has many physical benefits such at building strength, toning the body, promoting flexibility and balance. This class will be moderately heated around 90-degrees to promote sweating, detoxification and increased flexibility.
Private Session
Private sessions are available for those new to yoga, or for more seasoned yogis looking to expand their practice. Receive 1:1 support to assist you in furthering your journey of yoga and mindfulness. 30 and 60 minute sessions available. Small group private classes are also available.
