At B Still Yoga, we offer vinyasa-based classes that flow from one posture to the next, linking breath with movement. Our classes are designed to feel grounding, mindful, and accessible. Both heated and non-heated options are available.
All classes are open to all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout.
Flow
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a breath led yoga class where movement and breath flow together in a steady, continuous rhythm.
You will move through familiar poses in a creative sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Each movement is connected to an inhale or exhale, helping you stay focused and present.
The pace is smooth and intentional. Some moments will feel energizing, others grounding. Modifications are always offered so you can move in a way that supports your body.
Prana Vinyasa Flow
A slower, breath-focused vinyasa class that links intentional movement with steady pranayama. This class weaves thoughtful sequencing with deep breath to create a moving meditation.
Perfect for those who want to slow down, tune in, and reconnect to the sacred rhythm of breath, body and spirit.
Divine Feminine Flow
Awaken the energy within through fluid movement, breath, meditation, and ritual. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, the moon, and the wisdom of the feminine, this practice invites you to soften, surrender, and reconnect with your inner self. Expect heart-opening movement, soulful reflection, and space to cultivate intuition, presence, and self-trust.
Mobility Flow
Movement focused on enhancing joint mobility and muscle flexibility. This class blends strength and stability work to improve range of motion and ease of movement.
Heated & Energizing
Hot26
Hot 26&2 is a traditional heated yoga class made up of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in the same sequence each time.
The room is heated to support flexibility, circulation, and detoxification. The structure is consistent and intentional, allowing you to build strength, balance, and focus through repetition.
Each posture is practiced with attention to alignment and breath, helping you improve stability, mobility, and mental clarity. Because the sequence stays the same, you are able to track progress and deepen your awareness over time.
Hot26 Flow
A heated practice blending the foundation of the traditional 26 & 2 sequence with the fluidity of vinyasa flow. Expect familiar postures woven together with intentional transitions, linking breath to movement to build strength, flexibility, balance, and internal heat.
This class honors the discipline and focus of the 26-posture series while offering a more continuous, rhythmic flow. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and deeply refreshed
Ashtanga Modified Flow
A structured, breath-led practice inspired by the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series. This class follows a sequence to build strength, flexibility, focus, and internal heat.
You’ll move with steady rhythm and intention, linking each posture to breath. Rooted in discipline and devotion, Ashtanga teaches us to return — to the breath, to the body, to the present moment.
Accessible modifications and supportive options are always offered, allowing you to honor where you are while staying committed to growth.
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a strong, breath led yoga class that links movement to breath in a steady, energizing rhythm.
Expect a more athletic pace with longer holds, intentional transitions, and opportunities to build heat, strength, and endurance. You will move through familiar poses with added challenge, helping you develop stability, focus, and confidence on your mat.
Options are always offered, but this class is designed to feel powerful and dynamic.
Strength
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a heated strength based yoga class that blends mindful movement with light weights, repetition, and a focus on breath and intention. You will build muscle while staying connected to presence.
We move through familiar yoga shapes, adding resistance to build strength, endurance, and stability. Expect to sweat, feel your heart rate rise, and leave feeling empowered.
Where traditional yoga creates space, Yoga Sculpt builds fire. In that fire, you practice staying steady (regulating your nervous system) even when things feel intense.
Yoga Circ-HIIT
Yoga Circ-HIIT is a high energy yoga based class that blends traditional yoga movement with circuit training and high intensity intervals.
You will move through short rounds of strength and cardio exercises mixed with yoga flows. Expect timed intervals, functional strength work, and bursts of elevated heart rate, followed by moments to reset with your breath.
This class builds stamina, strength, agility, and resilience. It is faster paced and athletic, designed to challenge both your body and your focus.
At its core, it is still rooted in yoga. We return to the breath between rounds, using it to steady the nervous system and ground the intensity.
Gentle & Restorative
Avita
A gentle, therapeutic practice designed to ease arthritis, increase range of motion, and dissolve physical restrictions. Through mindful movement and supportive pacing, this class helps nourish the joints and improve mobility.
Perfect for all levels, including those preparing for or recovering from joint replacements. Options for mat or chair practice are offered, along with props to ensure comfort and accessibility.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of connective tissue through long, supported holds. Yin gently stresses the fascia, joints, and ligaments to improve mobility, circulation, and overall joint health.
This practice invites stillness. As the body softens, the nervous system settles, creating space for restoration and emotional release.
Expect quiet strength, deep stretch, and intentional pauses between effort
Restorative Yoga
A deeply calming practice designed to support rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Using bolsters, blankets, and props, the body is fully supported in gentle postures held for extended periods of time.
With minimal effort and maximum support, Restorative Yoga allows the body to release tension and the mind to settle. This is a practice of receiving rather than doing — creating space for healing, balance, and deep restoration.
Private Session
Private sessions are available for those new to yoga, or for more seasoned yogis looking to expand their practice. Receive 1:1 support to assist you in furthering your journey of yoga and mindfulness. 30 and 60 minute sessions available. Small group private classes are also available.
