NEW STUDENT SPECIAL

One Week UNLIMITED Classes for $25

New to yoga? We're so happy you're here!

Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat or are returning after a break, we’re so glad you’re here. Yoga at B Still Yoga is all about moving with breath, meeting your body where it’s at, and discovering what feels good, no experience required!

What to Expect
Yoga classes at our studio vary from gentle and grounding to energizing and dynamic. Instructors offer options and modifications for every body, so you can choose the experience that feels right for you. If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend beginning with classes like Slow Flow, Candlelight Flow, or our signature Feel Good Flow, perfect for building confidence and comfort in your practice.

Studio Basics (What to Bring & Do)
To help your first visit go smoothly, here’s what to know:
🙪 Arrive a few minutes early to check in and settle in.
🙪 Bring a yoga mat and water — we also offer mat rentals and hand towels.
🙪 Please remove your shoes before entering the studio and silence your phone.
🙪 If you arrive late, enter quietly through the back door so the class stays peaceful.

Class Environment
Some classes are heated (ranging around 75–108°), while others are warm, gentle, and welcoming if you prefer less heat.

After Class: What to Know

Hydrate and refuel
Drink water after class and eat something nourishing when you’re able. Yoga can be subtle but still demanding on the body.

Expect to feel different
You might feel relaxed, energized, emotional, sore, or a mix of everything. All of that is normal, especially after your first few classes.

Gentle soreness is common
It’s normal to notice muscles you don’t usually use. Light movement, stretching, and rest can help ease any soreness.

Take your time leaving
There’s no rush. Stay for a moment, sit quietly, or ask your instructor a question if something came up during class.

Rest is part of the practice
If you feel tired later in the day, listen to that. Yoga works on the nervous system as much as the muscles.

Consistency matters more than intensity
Coming back regularly, even for gentler classes, will feel more beneficial than pushing too hard in one session.

Your Yoga Questions Answered

Never done yoga before?

No problem — we design our classes with all levels in mind, and instructors will guide you safely through each pose.

We recommend starting with Slow Flow, Candlelight Flow or our signature Feel Good Flow! Our Instructors do a great job at offering modifications and helping you feel comfortable in the class.

What if my plans change?

You can cancel up to 2 hours before class without losing your credit.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

Not at all. Yoga helps you build flexibility over time. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel supportive for your body today, not what you think you “should” look like.

What should I bring and wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move. Yoga doesn’t require a specific look or brand. If you can stretch and breathe easily, you’re good.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat and water. Yoga mat rentals are available and we have hand towels in the room.

What if I need to rest or take breaks?

That’s encouraged. Child’s pose, sitting, or stepping out of a pose is always an option. Listening to your body is part of the practice.

Will I feel out of place if I’m brand new?

No. Many students in every class are newer or returning after time away. Our community is welcoming, and instructors create an environment where everyone belongs.

What does a heated class feel like?

Heated classes feel warm and supportive, helping muscles loosen and breath deepen. You’re always free to step out, cool down, or choose non-heated classes if you prefer. Class temperature varies from class to class. We have classes ranging from 75-108-degrees. We suggest starting with Feel Good Flow to adjust to the heat and build up from there!

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Please let your instructor know before class. They’re happy to offer alternatives and help you move safely and comfortably.

How will I feel after class?

Most students leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and connected to their body — sometimes energized, sometimes calm, often both.
