Brittany
Owner/Instructor
Brittany is a 500-RYT, teacher trainer, and owner of B Still Yoga. Her classes weave together strength, mindfulness, breath, and spirituality, creating experiences that extend far beyond the physical practice.
Drawing from Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, Brittany guides students toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection. She believes yoga is not about perfect poses, but about learning to be fully present with yourself.
Students can expect a welcoming, heartfelt experience that leaves them feeling grounded, empowered, and inspired both on and off the mat.
When she's not at the studio, you can find her homeschooling her children, exploring the woods in search of mushrooms, reading about yoga philosophy, or dreaming up new ways to build community through movement and connection.
Shannon W.
Shannon is a 200-hour RYT passionate about making yoga accessible to every body. With a background in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa, she focuses on guiding students to build awareness, trust their bodies, and strengthen the connection between body and mind. Shannon brings a supportive and welcoming energy to the studio, aiming to help students leave feeling grounded, empowered, and connected. When not on the mat, you can find her spending time with family and dogs, reading, enjoying the outdoors, or taking yoga classes.
Jenna
Jenna Leadbetter is a 500-hour RYT with an emphasis in power vinyasa yoga and additional certifications in Yoga Sculpt and Shred, Hot Pilates, Barre, and BUTI. She’s passionate about helping students move through life with both grit and grace, building physical power while finding mental clarity. Jenna brings a warm, energetic presence to the studio, aiming to help students leave feeling strong and centered. When not on the mat, you can find her chasing her son Hudson, training at the gym, and leading a school district.
Mitzi
Mitzi is a certified Ashtanga and Hot26 Instructor. She is passionate about yoga and sharing her practice with others! Mitzi loves to create a comfortable inclusive environment for students of all levels. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, Mitzi will help you find balance, inner strength and help you to recognize the incredible benefits of this practice through her teaching. She believes the breath is a powerful tool to help you connect deep to yourself and your practice!

Nichole is a Yoga Sculpt certified instructor who is passionate about helping others learn how strong they are. Nichole brings an inclusive energy to the studio, aiming to help students leave feeling energized. When not on the mat, you can find them seeking warm, sunny weather.

Emily
Emily is a 200-hour RYT and Sculpt instructor who is determined to make yoga fun and enjoyable for all individuals. With a background in Vinyasa and a love for meditation, she loves bringing breath and movement together while focusing on the fundamentals of yoga. Emily brings a supportive, yet playful energy to the studio. Aiming to help students leave feeling lighter, and more balanced. When not on the mat, you can find her outside in her garden, in the gym lifting weights with her husband and daughter, or nose deep in a book.

Madi Wallgren is a 200-hour RYT, passionate about making movement fun, safe, and intentional. Madi brings a lively, fierce and welcoming energy into the studio, aiming to help students leave feeling empowered, accomplished, and renewed. When not on the mat, you can find her traveling or outdoors.
